We're BACK- Trabolgan Reopened on the 18th June 2021
We are so excited to have reopened our doors again to resident guests on the 18th June 2021. We can't wait to welcome everyone back on park and we are so excited to share all our exciting new ventures. Please note facemasks MUST be worn indoors and under our covered plaza at all times unless seated at a table.
Current Guidelines
At this time under the current guidelines all indoor activities to include indoor entertainment will not be available however we will monitor the situation closely and await any further updates specifically in that regard. In line with the government initiatives we will focus on the Outdoors. Any entertainment that goes ahead will be outdoors in our main plaza area. As all guests are resident only, we will not be requesting proof of vaccination at this time.
Accommodation
Your accommodation will be available from 5pm on arrivals day, facilities from 2pm. We kindly ask that you keep your accommodation tidy during your stay. Check out time on day of departure is 10am. Before departing we would ask that you ensure that your kitchen is left clean and tidy and that all rubbish is removed to the outside bin areas.
Pool Paradise
Our Swimming Pool Paradise reopened to Resident Guests only from the 18th June. We are constantly reviewing our approach to see how best to manage our Swimming Pool to meet Covid restriction requirements and yet also give the best guest experience.
Following further review, we have reduced the number of guests that will be on park during your break by 60% to include reduced occupancy and no day visitor or day visitor group guests. We therefore feel that rather than set session timings for families that it may be a better experience to have the pool open every day from 9am to 6pm and allow guests entry whilst restricting numbers to maintain Covid protocols.
This would be a similar experience that many would have had all through Covid in their daily lives when attending many places such as supermarkets etc. and so we believe it would be a better approach. Therefore on arrival to the Swimming Pool entrance you may be asked to wait until it is safe to enter.
To make this possible we are therefore asking guests to do the following:
- Pre-wash before and after your swim at your accommodation as showers will only be available for rinse only at the Swimming Pool.
- Come to the Swimming Pool wearing your swimwear and only bring what is necessary to minimise use of lockers.
- Wear a face covering on entry to the building and whilst changing at all times.
- Minimise the time spent in changing areas as this is a high risk area by quickly changing and not loitering in this area, hairdryers etc. will not be in use.
- Keep your visit no longer than an hour where possible and you are welcome to return as many times as you wish throughout the day and for the duration of your stay.
- Obey the instructions of Lifeguarding Staff at all times.
Outdoor Activities
Outdoor Trabolgan Adventure Sports activities will be open to include our new High Ropes Course, Go Karts, The Trabolgan Tower, Combat Laser, Archery, Bungee Trampolines, Mini Trampolines, Mini Go Karts, Footgolf, as well as tennis courts, astro turf court and our outdoor playgrounds.
Our 9 Hole Fun Crazy Golf and Par 3 18 hole Golf Courses will all be open as will our new beach access, picnic areas and nature walk.
Entertainment
Our entertainment will be outdoors under current guidelines to include quizzes, picnics, scavenger hunts, story time, bingo and much much more! So join our TeamStars for lots of family fun.
Dining and Bars
Our covered main plaza area will allow for outdoor dining services from our restaurants and bars and additional 6 -seater socially distanced picnic bench seating will be available for families to enjoy a well-deserved family meal and drink together. Please note facemasks MUST be worn indoors and under our covered plaza at all times unless seated at a table. Indoor dining and bar services will also be available for residents only subject to restrictions as will Take away services from Casey’s Diner.
Bird of Prey Centre
Our Bird of Prey Centre will open on a socially distanced basis and looks forward to welcoming guests back again to see all the beautiful Birds of Prey.
Arcade
Our arcade will reopen from the 18th June in line with current guidelines.
Indoor Play Area
Our indoor play area Jungle Safari will remain closed until further notice.
We will continue to monitor all advices and focus on ensuring the safest experience possible for all our guests and staff as and when future government announcements are made.

How can we help?
As promised, if you have booked with us and the above outline of what your stay with us looks like doesn’t suit you at this time we are happy to offer you the following options;
1. Transfer your booking and payment to later in our 2021 season. All dates are subject to availability. Please note if you choose a more expensive break than your current booking an additional amount might be due and alternatively, if you decide on a cheaper break a refund of the balance will be arranged.
2. Transfer your booking and payment as it currently stands into our 2022 season under your current booking terms.
3. A full refund.
Please note whatever you decide our Holiday Promise to you will continue to apply to your booking Book with Confidence. Our Holiday Promise is our guarantee to you, that any holidays booked that cannot go ahead because of restrictions later in the year we are happy to continue to offer you a full refund for any money paid or to change the dates of your holiday to an alternative break.
